A couple of months ago, I had my first basketball game. It was hard because our team of girls had to play fourth graders- we are in the third grade so they were a year older than us. It was an all girls basketball game. it was just plain fun- hard to concentrate. I play for the third grade basketball team in sacred heart. I am hoping to become a great basketball player someday like my dad- he taught me half the things I know. I am glad to have friends on my team that will cheer me on when I am having trouble in the game. My mom helped me by always telling me to think of the positive and not the negative.
